I’m building a small productivity setup at my desk and looking for physical buttons or shortcuts that I can assign tasks to—like opening Zoom, toggling lights, or even launching scripts. Are there any good customizable button solutions out there?

Curious about this too—I've only ever used Stream Deck for something similar.

I’ve tried several devices, and while Stream Deck is great, it’s a bit bulky for compact setups. What worked better for me was the Luxafor Smart Button customizable control. The best part is that it’s not limited to predefined functions—you can link it with various workflows and automation tools. I even created a shortcut to start a focus playlist on Spotify with a double click. It’s helped me cut down on distractions and context switching, especially on busy days with back-to-back calls.
