Hiho,

CU,
Olav

If you can write the questions in English (or in french), I would be happy to answer you.

You can contact me at reixouATfreeDOTfr (replace (AT by @ and DOT by .) if you want, or directly post on this forum.

Germany is on my opinion the best Age Of Steam map.

Ok, I'll do my very best:

1) the rule sheet tells me, that green hexes are foreign stations. This is presumed to mean "grey", isn't it?

2) Berlin is a normal city when setting up the board. Means: It will get the usual 2 cubes?

3) In the german translation the term "mountain costs" (in english) appears in the text. This confuses me. Is there any change when building in mountains on the Germany map or is this a typo/left-over from the Korean map?

4) The rule sheet says, that it is not allowed to build unfinished connections. When entering a town (say: Passau) with my third tile, am I only allowed to build this if there is still a one-way-into-town-Hex available for me to place on Passau? Otherwise I would have an unfinished connection going out of Passau on other sides of the tile which is not allowed.

Olav

Hallo Olav

>1) the rule sheet tells me, that green hexes are foreign stations. This is >presumed to mean "grey", isn't it?

In the winsome version they are green

>2) Berlin is a normal city when setting up the board. Means: It will get the usual > 2 cubes?

NO -- 0 at the start and then iIn addition to the normal Goods Growth always gets one Goods cube, drawn from the Goods cup.

in the winsome version the color is black

>4) The rule sheet says, that it is not allowed to build unfinished connections. >When entering a town (say: Passau) with my third tile, am I only allowed to build >this if there is still a one-way-into-town-Hex available for me to place on Passau? >Otherwise I would have an unfinished connection going out of Passau on other >sides of the tile which is not allowed.

In the meaning of the rules you are correct

Right, they were green on the Winsome map released last year, that is the cause of the error.

Right : 2 cubes in the beginning (josccha answer make me wondering : I have to check this one with the board in front of me)

Normal building on moutain : $4 a tile.

Hello
Sorry for my wrong 2.) answer

it is so as ReiXou says, or as John Bohrer says:

Also please note that Berlin is a Black city and gets two Goods at the start of the game, just like every other City that is not a Foreign Terminal.
