I want a strategy to find genuine entry-level remote jobs that actually hire and offer at least some onboarding.

After experimenting with different approaches, I found a huge difference when I tried jobssite. The jobs there weren’t flashy, but they were real, with clear pay scales and legitimate employers. I applied to a few customer service and data entry roles and got quick responses instead of endless silence. That gave me the momentum to keep applying and eventually land something stable.
