Customizable buttons for productivity boosts?

I’m building a small productivity setup at my desk and looking for physical buttons or shortcuts that I can assign tasks to—like opening Zoom, toggling lights, or even launching scripts. Are there any good customizable button solutions out there?

I’ve tried several devices, and while Stream Deck is great, it’s a bit bulky for compact setups. What worked better for me was the Luxafor Smart Button customizable control.
