Erreichbarkeit der Webseite von boardgamenews.com

Hallo zusammen!

Seit ca. letzten Sonntag versuche ich vergeblich die Webseite von www.boardgamenews.com aufzurufen.

Geht es euch genauso oder habe nur ich dieses Problem (bis Sonntag hatte ich nie Probleme auf diese Seite zu gelangen)?

ich bekam einzelne neue Beiträge im RSS-Dingens angezeigt, aber aufrufen kann ich auch nix von BGN. :-/

Hi,
ich hatte auch recht große Probleme; manchmal komme ich durch, meistens aber nicht. Ist so wie es war, als sie die Site umgebaut haben.

This morning, though, the site was kaput, and even after rebooting the server, it's been slower than an AP-afflicted chicken pondering where to peck next. I've talked with the host, and the host suggested a couple of corrective actions that seem peripheral to the outage/slowness. Hope to get this all fixed in the evening once Junior heads to bed...

Offenbar hat er das Problem noch nicht lösen können.

Hallo!

Na dann bin ich ja beruhigt, dass der Fehler nicht von meinem Rechner produziert wird. Danke allen für Eure Antwort.

In einer Mail an seine Autoren hat Eric letzte Woche geschrieben dass er hofft, die Seite bis Ende dieser Woche ans laufen zu kriegen. Offensichtlich ist die neue Site extrem ressourcenhungrig und er bezweifelt, das mit Detailveränderungen in den Griff zu kriegen. Er sei Autor und kein Techie und habe keine Lust mehr, sich mit sowas rumzuärgern :sad: - deshalb will er wohl eine "grundsätzliche" Lösung.
