seit längerem steht die engl. unter www.fantasyflightgames.com zum Download bereit. Vor kurzem wurden im FFG-Message-Board die Eigenschaften der Rassen und ihre Leader veröffentlicht:
The Barony of Letnev:
a) Before any Space/Invasion combat, spend 2 Trade Goods to give ships +1, Ground Forces +2 on their combat rolls for that combat round. (Since it says "that combat round" I am guessing it is a 1 time thing. I.e. if you want it to last the length of the battle, each round you must spend 2 TG's).
b) Fleets on board may have +1 ships greater than listed fleet supply
The Fed of Sol:
a) As an action, spend 1 CC from StratAlloc to place two ground forces on any planet you control.
b) During the status phase, gain +1 CC (in addition to normal CC earned).
Universities of Jol-Nar:
a) -1 on all Space and Invasion combat rolls.
b) When executing the Secondary Tech Strategy option, you may execute both the Primary and Secondary abilities (gives you 2 techs for the price of 1).
c) Spend 1 CC from StratAlloc to immediately re-roll any of your die rolls.
The XXCHA Kingdoms:
a) When executing the 2nd ability of the Diplomacy Strat, you execute the primary ability instead.
b) Immediate after the political card has been drawn and read, you may spend 1 CC from StratAlloc to cancel it and force another to be drawn.
c) Opponents receive -1 on all combat rolls against you during the 1st combat round of Space & Invasion battles.
Yssaril Tribes:
a) You may skip your action during the action phase (not the same as passing). You cannot skip twice in a row.
b) Draw +1 Action Card during the status phase - and are never limited in the # of Action Cards you can have regardless of rules and politics.
c) Once, during ever Strat Phase, you may look at 1 other players' hand of Action Cards.
The Naalu Collective:
a) The Initiative on your Strat Card is always 0 - i.e. you always act first.
b) If attacked, a Naalu fleet may retreat before Space combat begins.
c) Naalu Fighters receive +1 to combat
The Emirates of Hacan
a) Trades do not require approval.
b) You never need to spend a CC from StratAlloc to use the secondary ability on the Trade Strat Card. When you receive trade goods per trade rules, you receive +1.
c) No player, except for war, may break trade their trade contract with you.
d) During the Status Phase, you may trade action cards with other players.
The L1Z1X Mindnet
a) Base dreadnought cost of 4 (everyone else is 5).
b) Dreadnoughts receive +1 to space battles, Ground forces +1 when attacking during Invasion Combat. (seems not to be viable during defense - only when attacking).
c) Start with +1 CC in StratAlloc.
The Mentak Coalition:
a) Start with +1 CC in Fleet Supply
b) Before Space Combat begins, you may fire with up to 2 cruisers or destroyers. Enemy casualties are taken immediately and do not get to fire back!
c) During Strat Phase, you may take +1 trade goods from up to two different players. Each target of this ability must have at least 3 trade goods.
Sardakk N'orr:
+1 to all Space and Invasion Combat rolls.

Ich hoffe das TI 3rd Ed. noch vor Weihnachten hier in Europa eintreffen wird. Realistisch ist aber eher Mitte Januar.
