Marco Polo - Up to 2 of your colonies produce 1 resource during the production phase. They are not considered as mines for any event matter.

James Watt - It costs you 2 science less to discover farm and mine techs.
Level I mines/farms cost 1 resource less.

Level III mines/farms cost 3 resource less.
John Amos Comenius - Special technologies costs you less science equal to their level. Your libraries produce an extra 1 science or an extra 1 culture (your choice).
Thomas Jefferson - Special techs cost you less science equal to their level. Your government produces culture equal to its level.

Charles Chaplin - Chaplin gives you 2 extra happy faces. One of your best theaters produces twice as much culture.
John Paul II - Each of your temples produces an amount of culture equal to its level. Your government produces an amount of culture equal to its level.
Pierre de Coubertin - Each of your arenas produces extra culture equal to its level. However, your arenas no longer increase your civilization's strength.
Santiago Ramón y Cajal - One of your best library produces double culture and science. Your libraries cost you 2 resource less to build.
Thomas Cook - Each of your wonders produces an extra 1 culture. 1 Culture + 1 Happy Face
