Hoi,
Link: http://www.cwali.com/aloha/aloha.htm
Scroll to "Variation rule (see rulebook)"
On this computer the site works.
Hereunder the text, for if it doesn't work:
"The bird (Liwi (Honeycreeper)) or tropical fish (Humahumanukunukuapua'a (Reef Triggerfish)) symbolize the beauty of the nature in that area. The singular bird or fish on the sea or the land tile near by a beach make that beach more attractive for tourists.
- 1 fish: Add 1 point to the length of a beach, for each beach segment at sea which is adjacent to the sea with the fish.
- 1 bird: Add 1 point to the length of a beach, for each beach segment at land which is adjacent to the land with the bird.
(With these rules smaller beaches can become more worthfull.)
Example: See example 8 in the rulebook.
See that the most leftwards singular fish (without circles) would add 1 to the length of the beach with number 10. The other singular fish would add 5 (it's adjacent to 4 tiles of that beach, one with 2 beach segments).
The bird (at the left underside on the land tile) would not add to the beach with number 10. But it would add 1 to the length of the beach under the beach with number 10."
Spielerische Grüße,
Corné
